Implant rehabilitation is a daily practice in dentistry, and patients often have heightened expectations regarding both the functional aesthetic outcome. Implant–abutment connection (IAC) involved long-term quality of rehabilitation. The use one-piece implants for fixing dentures may prevent mechanical biological implication implant–abutment interface, resulting better hard soft tissue maintenance. In this case report, we present novel implant maxillary with full model-free digital approach.
